Nepal Basketball Association

Nepal Basketball Association (NeBA) was established & registered in 1989 AD (2046 BS) with National Sports Council of Nepal. It is affiliated with Asian Basketball Federation (FIBA ASIA), International Basketball Federation (FIBA) and Nepal Olympic Committee (NOC). NeBA is one of the most active sports association of Nepal. NeBA promotes sportsmanship and peace through basketball while it also follows and honours the olympic movement.

Nepal Basketball Association (NeBA) is the governing and controlling body of Basketball in Nepal and is responsible for developing and promoting of basketball in all levels.

NeBA's main responsibilities are organizing different clinics (Coaches, Referees. Administration and others), organizing competitions (National Championships of senior level and different age levels) and preparing Nepali teams to participate in international basketball tournaments.

Currently NeBA is focused and committed in promoting the game in the root level in order to achieve the desired results in future.
